In the year 2020 we got engaged on the shores of Washington lake.  For us this town is unique and very special.

Kirkland is vibrant and has an inviting atmosphere.  Multicultural ethnicity, walking friendly, shopping, boating, swimming, and fishing, it has it all.  You may observe the skylights of Seattle from across Washington lake. Luxury yachts and high-end restaurants give it a 5-star review from visitors and residents.  Almost every street and neighborhood are under development and in the process of being updated with new, modern homes.  Major businesses and corporations seem to pick Kirkland as one of the primary locations for future development.  It’s been rapidly transformed as we speak.

In recent years Kirkland has started to appeal to numerous buyers, investors and an attractive place for newcomers who are trying to relocate from other areas of Washington.
